What Executive Search is for us:
approaching potential candidates directly on behalf of a client. We follow a standardised, structured search process. Our aim is to complete the assignment within 90 days. Regular status reports render our work transparent and quantifiable. This structured approach and systematic project management ensure the best possible placement in a specified period.
Briefing
In a structured process together with the Client we draw up the requirement profile for a candidate. This takes into account the context of the position and of the company as well as the future requirements arising from the development of the sector. Here we benefit from our many years of sector know-how.
Research
In our search we adopt an open and creative approach. Depending on the assignment we work on a national/international and supra-sectoral basis, survey each stage of the value-added chain and deliberately incorporate career changers from other sectors.
Approach and Interview
We contact the suitable candidates directly. In a first interview we go into a candidate’s personal background, interests and suitability. We consider not only a candidate’s current position but also work out his/her development potential.
Report
Our clients receive a confidential report, which in an easily digestible form gives information on the candidate’s career so far, personal background and reasons for changing job. We draw up an informative profile of strengths and weaknesses and provide a sound recommendation of a candidate’s suitability.
Presentation
We organise and supervise the presentation stages. Not to "sell" candidates to our clients, but to learn and be able to give a qualified judgement.
Jobfidence®
is a scientifically sound instrument, tried and tested for more than 40 years, for matching the candidate profile with the particular requirement profile. It measures intelligence, problem-solving skills, flexibility, motivation, ability to handle stress, and determination. The candidate is given a detailed consultation with a comparison of his/her strengths and weaknesses in relation to the situation vacant. The client is given concrete management tips for the optimum integration and development of the candidate.
Checking references
After the first presentation stage we obtain open and confidential references on the candidate, depending on the request, and forward them to our clients in a structured form.
Monitoring integration
We attach equal importance to our clients’ interests and our candidates’ benefit. For us a search does not end when a candidate is placed, it ends only when we are sure that he/she has been successfully integrated in the company.
