OUR PROCESS

PHASE 1

Candidate Pool
  • 1. Clarification of client’s needs, creation of requirements profile and coordination of the hunting ground
  • 2. Research phase, with documentation of results and continuous fact-based coordination of the candidate pool with the client
  • 3. Interview phase, creation of summarized profiles, arrangement of initial presentation round with the most suitable candidates
  • 4. Initial presentation round, accompanied by hartmann consultants
  • 5. Selection of favorites for second presentation round, production of case study contents and submission to candidates as preparation

PHASE 2

Consolidation during ongoing screening
  • 1. Completion of Jobfidence® potential analysis process with favored candidates, followed by a structured interview to establish existing and potential skills and expertise
  • 2. Reference process via hartmann consultants
  • 3. All competence and potential analysis reports and references are sent to client for preparation of the second presentation round

PHASE 3

Consolidation of finalists
  • 1. Second presentation round, with presentation of prepared case study and, if relevant, meeting with various key internal stakeholders
  • 2. Selection of the best candidate and opening of negotiations over total pay package, optionally with support from hartmann consultants
  • 3. Closure with signing of employment contract
  • 4. Onboarding support with regular 360-degree dialogues initiated by hartmann consultants

EXECUTIVE SEARCH

In our Executive Searches, we contact potential candidates directly on behalf of a client, following standardized and structured search processes. We aim to complete an assignment within 90 days. Regular status reports provide a transparent and quantifiable record of our progress. On request, we use Jobfidence® potential analysis for additional support in decision-making.
