hereinafter “Company”

consent to use of the Candidate’s personal data for performance of employment recruitment services and/or to storage of the Candidate’s personal data in a pool for the purposes of employment recruitment at a later date, said consent granted in accordance with Article 6 (1) 1a, Article 7, where applicable in conjunction with Article 9 (2)a GDPR.

We intend to share your personal data with carefully selected contractual partners (third-party companies) within the scope described below for the purpose of employment recruitment. We will consult you before sharing your data in this manner. The data involved in this sharing process comprise all personal data you have given us as part of your application process.

We transmit your data to potential employers or clients/customers for the purpose of establishing contractual relations. Transmission of your personal data is necessary in each case because the data provide potential employers or clients/customers with an impression of your personal profile and qualifications, which they can use as a basis for deciding whether to conclude an employment contract with you.

Further, after receiving your application we intend to save your personal data as specified above in a database (pool) at our company for a period of ….. (5 years / 10 years) for the purpose of providing later recruitment services. This has the objective of being able to provide them to a third-party company at a later stage and, particularly, beyond any original concrete recruitment process.

Granting of your consent to each of the above-specified purposes is voluntary. Provision of the above-specified data is not required by law; however, it may be necessary in order to execute some parts of the contract undertaken with you. Any consent may be refused without the need to state specific grounds. Refusal of consent does not incur any negative consequences. Likewise, any consent may be withdrawn at any time with prospective effect. In this case personal data will no longer be shared with third-party companies in the future. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data which was in place up to the time of your withdrawal of consent. If consent is not granted or is withdrawn, this may result in inability to execute the contract in general, as envisaged, or to its full extent. Any consent may be withdrawn by notifying our company in an informal communication.

With respect to personal data pertaining to you, you have the right to obtain information, the right to rectification of incorrect data, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that our processing of your data infringes provisions of the GDPR.
